Dear friends,

This Sunday, July 4, we will mark the founding of our country with a service including prayers for our nation, and music appropriate to the day. We’ll also have a holiday-themed coffee hour. If you’re in town we hope you will join us. For those who watching online the service sheet is attached.

Kim Jackson called me today and asked if we can provide lunch for Church of the Common Ground next Sunday, July 11. Of course I said yes. I have spent the last hour trying to create a SignUp Genius and everytime I finish it freezes up and doesn’t save. So we’ll do this the old-fashioned way. We’ll have a sign-up sheet in the parish hall Sunday. If you won’t be here then, but would like to help email me what you can do.

Lunches should include a sandwich (meat & cheese), soft fruit (bananas, oranges, etc), a soft dessert (cookies or soft granola bars), a hard boiled egg, napkin.

We also need 80 waters, 80 packets of mustard & mayo.

And finally, we need two  people to deliver the lunches to St. Luke’s by 12:20 p.m.

Everything should be at St. Dunstan’s by 10 am on July 11.

Here’s the breakdown:
Four people to each bring 20 bag lunches
Four people to each bring 20 bottled waters
One person to bring 80 packets of mustard & mayo
Two people to deliver to St. Luke’s
*** Update: We already have all the waters and drivers that we need. We still need three people to do 20 lunches each and the condiments.

If you can do any of these things please email me or sign up on Sunday.

Many thanks,
Tricia
