Every year clergy and lay representatives from every congregation in the Diocese of Atlanta gather for two days to conduct the business of the diocese at the Annual Diocesan Council. It is part business meeting, part infomercial about all that is going on in the diocese, and part reunion — a chance to see old and meet new friends. This year’s council will be held in Macon on November 22-23 (all day Friday and through noon Saturday). In addition to Maggie and Tricia, St. Dunstan’s is allotted two lay delegates. If you are interested please contact Tricia. It is a good way to learn about the Episcopal Church beyond St. Dunstan’s.
