Dear friends,
I am looking forward to being with you tomorrow after a post-Easter time away. I had a great time in London. We had communion at Westminster Abbey, listened to Evensong at St. Paul’s Cathedral, admired the grandeur of Canterbury Cathedral. And, of course, there were plenty of non-church activities, too. The only downside was that I came home with a bad cold that morphed into a stomach bug, so my re-entry into church life has been slower than I had anticipated. But I’m feeling well now and excited to be back.
We will have Sunday School tomorrow at 9:30. We’re continuing the video series that Bishop Wright produced for Lent. The topic for tomorrow is one that I think is of great importance, empathy. Please join us.
Also tomorrow at coffee hour we’ll be celebrating Jeanne Taylor as she reaches a milestone birthday. There will be cake by Katharina. It will be a festive occasion. I hope to see you all there,
With love,
Tricia
