From Claudia, Parish Administrator:
Dear Friends, Hope you are all doing well this week.
As a reminder next Sunday we will return to our Sunday school at 9:30 with Dr. Sarah-Beth Wright, the director of the Absalom Jones Center for Racial Healing, talking about the center’s work and the annual diocesan pilgrimage to Ghana, which she leads.
She will also preach as we return to our “regular” fall service schedule at 10:45.
Following the service, we will have what seems to have become our kick-off tradition, a fried chicken lunch. Please bring a side dish to share.
Our music director, Brian Park’s Ghanian drumming students will add to the festivities in the Beech Grove.
Hope to have you with us!!
